We’re building something great at Moravian Manor Communities! As construction gets underway on what we’ve previously called the Laurels Commons Building, we’re pleased to introduce its official name: The Evergreen Center. Slated to open in the Fall of 2027, the Evergreen Center will be the heart of The Laurels, a new residential neighborhood that will eventually include three connected apartment wings.
Why Evergreen? The name reflects renewal, growth, longevity and continuity; qualities that beautifully represent a community that continues to grow and evolve while remaining rooted in what makes MMC special.
When complete, The Evergreen Center will offer inviting spaces for gathering, conversation, creativity, wellness, learning and celebration. This space is designed as a place where friendships can grow, traditions can continue and new experiences shared. The architectural renderings offer an exciting first look at what’s ahead. And now, we get to watch it become a reality.
Welcome to The Evergreen Center. The next chapter is taking shape.
